We are seeking a skilled Electro-Mechanical Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in electrical systems and wiring, demonstrating proficiency with power hand tools for mechanical assembly for manufacturing of industrial R&D systems. Some operation knowledge of lathe and milling machines will be a plus. This position involves working with various electrical components, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring that all wiring meets safety standards and operational requirements. Working knowledge of Microsoft office suite is essential. Knowledge of any computer programming languages will be a plus.
Responsibilities
- Electrical and mechanical assembly of systems based on schematics.
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring systems in industrial equipment.
- Interpret and work from schematics to ensure accurate installation and troubleshooting of electrical systems.
- Utilize hand tools and testing equipment such as voltmeters and ohmmeters to diagnose and resolve electrical issues.
- Perform routine maintenance on electrical equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Collaborate with service technicians to address complex electrical problems and implement effective solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including repairs, installations, and inspections.
- Stay updated on industry standards and best practices related to electrical wiring and safety protocols.
Skills
- Strong knowledge related to electrical systems.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and testing equipment (e.g., voltmeter, ohmmeter).
