JOB SUMMARY
Transaction Services Associate :
UHY is seeking a self-motived individual who wants to join a fast-paced and growing middle-market Transaction Services team.
This role will be focus on supporting UHY Transaction Services Team in the areas of financial due diligence, buy-side & sell-side advisory, capitalization projects, and other financial advisory engagements.
