Our client, a well-established company in Novi, MI, is seeking a Finance & Accounting Intern for Summer 2025. This internship offers hands-on experience in financial analysis, reporting, and accounting processes, providing a great opportunity for students to develop their skills in a professional setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting activities
- Support month-end close processes, including reconciliations and journal entries
- Work with accounting and finance teams to analyze financial data and generate reports
- Help streamline processes and improve efficiency in financial operations
- Conduct research and assist with ad-hoc projects as needed
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
