Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review tax returns for partnerships, corporations, and individuals
- Handle special projects including tax audits, transaction structuring, and implementation of tax planning strategies
- Facilitate advanced tax research, resolve complex tax issues
- Review tax work from staff and provide feedback, training, and mentoring
- Lead and manage multiple tax engagements from start to finish ensuring they are completed within budget and timeline
- Build, manage, and maintain lasting relationships with clients
- Participate in firm's marketing, recruiting, team-building, and similar efforts
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- 4 years of experience in a relevant position
- Public accounting or other professional services environment preferred
