Job Description
As a Tax Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for helping prepare and review financial information for clients, such as business and individual tax returns. You will also serve to maintain client relationships and act as a liaison between overseeing the work of internal staff and working closely with internal leaders to ensure high-quality work is conducted and delivered to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review tax returns for partnerships, corporations, and individuals
• Handle special projects including tax audits, transaction structuring, and implementation of tax planning strategies
• Facilitate advanced tax research, resolve complex tax issues
• Review tax work from staff and provide feedback, training, and mentoring
• Lead and manage multiple tax engagements from start to finish ensuring they are completed within budget and timeline
• Build, manage, and maintain lasting relationships with clients
• Participate in firm's marketing, recruiting, team-building, and similar efforts

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have:

• 4 years of experience in a relevant position
• Public accounting or other professional services environment preferred
