- Job Description
- Develop, manage, and analyze plant financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
- Provide accurate and timely financial reports to support decision-making and track performance against transformation goals.
- Analyze variances between budgeted and actual results, identifying opportunities.
- Monitor and control plant costs, including production, labor, and overhead expenses.
- Implement and oversee cost reduction initiatives and process improvements.
- Conduct detailed cost analysis and recommend strategies for cost optimization.
- Lead the annual budgeting process and periodic reforecasting efforts.
- Collaborate with leaders to set financial targets and ensure alignment with objectives.
- Evaluate financial performance and provide insights to support strategic planning.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews to maintain financial accuracy and integrity.
- Address any discrepancies or issues in a timely manner.
- Act as a financial partner in the plants operational initiatives, providing financial analysis and support for new projects and process changes.
- Facilitate communication between finance and other departments to ensure smooth implementation of transformation plans.
- Monitor and report on the financial impact of transformation efforts.

- Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or CMA certification preferred).
- Proven experience as a Controller or similar financial management role in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of cost accounting, financial analysis, and budgeting processes.
- Experience in managing financial aspects of significant organizational changes or transformations.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
