Job Description:
The Injection Mold Production Manager will manage and oversee production from the injection mold machines, including creating production plans, coordinating workforce plans with the HR department, training machine operators, and maintaining injection mold machines in good shape.
Your duties will include:
- Create schedules to run injection mold machines according to the overall assembly and production requirements.
- Coordinate with the HR department to place appropriate operators, technicians, and assembly workers for injection mold production.
- Create daily reports on injection mold production results.
- Run and monitor the cycle time reduction program.
- Prepare needed materials such as labels, QR codes, and trolleys.
- Record defects from the injection mold machines and resolve issues by assigning appropriate technicians in a timely manner.
- Examine molded products from each machine to verify conformance to specifications.
Your qualifications are as follows:
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean is required (both verbal and written)
- 0–5 years of experience in manufacturing, injection molding, or quality control (or a related field)
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related discipline
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent interpersonal skills for engaging with employees and resolving conflicts
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Commitment to follow through with a sense of urgency
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
