Overview :
SURFACE WARFARE ANALYST (HSI 2024-21498) :
Bowhead is search of one (1) Surface Warfare Analyst to join our team at the Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division for a potential opportunity, which is contingent upon award and not currently funded. The Surface Warfare Analyst will support the Human Systems Integration (HSI) applying advanced consulting skills and extensive technical expertise to develop innovative solutions to complex problems.
Responsibilities :
Essential functions will include :
- Provide management and technical advisory support for established Surface Warfare Enterprise processes and special projects.
- Interact with senior leaders and stakeholders across the SWE to identify issues and develop analytically based approaches to solve critical surface force readiness issues.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications :
A balanced skill set that includes relevant experience, operational conversancy, business / programmatic skills, system knowledge, and the ability to quickly and efficiently achieve mission objectives.
Prior experience with management and oversight of all activities performed by contractor personnel and subcontractors.
Physical Demands :
SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS : Must be currently hold a security clearance at the Secret level. US Citizenship is a requirement for Secret clearance at this location.
