MEDIA LOGISTICS SPECIALIST (DOA-2022-3143) :
Bowhead seeks a Media Logistics Specialist to support the Department of the Army G3 / 5 / 7 mission located in Springfield, VA. The Media Logistics Specialist will provide personnel service and logistical support in order to plan, coordinate, and conduct various strategic leader conferences.
Responsibilities
- Sets up, operates, and / or repairs audio and video equipment including microphones, sound speakers, video screens, projectors, video monitors, recording equipment, connecting wires and cables, sound and mixing boards, and related electronic equipment for concerts, sports events, meetings and conventions, presentations, and news conferences.
- May also set up and operate associated spotlights and other custom lighting systems.
- Coordinate and assist with the production of forums, conferences, trainings, and special events as assigned.
- Proactively coordinate event logistics such as name badges, name tents, handouts / participant material, electronic binders and content management, post-event activities, and registration.
- Conduct vendor and supplier research.
- Provide Program Manager with recommendations for conference supplies, maintain inventory of all supplies, create packing lists for each event, and coordinate with couriers for transportation of all event supplies to and from the event venue.
