Position Summary
The Department of Periodontics in the College of Dentistry at the University of Illinois Chicago is seeking candidates for a full-time twelve-month non-tenure track faculty position for Postgraduate and Predoctoral education. The department seeks individuals with a strong commitment to interdisciplinary care and willingness to engage other academic departments such as Restorative Dentistry, Oral Surgery, Orthodontics, Endodontics, etc.
Duties & Responsibilities
Clinical and didactic instruction in the Predoctural and Postgraduate program including non-surgical and surgical periodontal therapy
Professional service and scholarly activity
Collaborate with faculty to develop interdisciplinary curriculum
Participate in collegiate faculty meetings as well as departmental staff meetings, and other divisional meetings and departmental conferences on a regular basis
Participate in continuing education programs in the College and at other locations as deemed appropriate
Participate in public service activities
