Duties & Responsibilities :
- Assist the Director of Educational Partnerships to execute strategic plans, recruitment programming, outreach, multi-channel initiatives, and communication plans.
- Coordinate recruitment visits to high schools, two-year colleges and community agencies.
- Utilize enrollment management principles to meet the undergraduate enrollment goals of the University.
- Advise prospective students on academic and other matters.
- Initiate face-to-face sessions with students and families.
- Establish a network with outside communities to improve educational opportunities.
- Facilitate pre-college workshops and serve as an information resource for prospective students.
- Conduct enrollment research and develop reports to monitor trends.
- Create and maintain a database of prospective students.
- Plan, organize and coordinate programs for target populations.
- Represent EEP on campus wide committees when necessary.
- Assist the Director in the development of sustainable initiatives with community partners.
- Provide supervision to student workers.
- Serve as a speaker during educational partnership activities.
- Perform other related duties and participate in special projects as assigned.
