Responsibilities
Essential functions will include :
- Interact and communicate with clients, vendors, and staff at all levels in a professional manner.Assist project managers and task leaders with updating project management plans, internal schedules, and other project guidance documents (filing protocol, data management protocol, quality management plans, etc.)Assist project managers with tracking project budgetsSupport project managers on adhering to contractual project timelinesCreating and maintaining paper and electronic files relating to project workApplying company / client quality assurance guidelines and procedures for project document managementRecord notes at project meetings and draft meeting records and action listsCoordinate internal team schedules for document draft development, QC review, copyediting, production, and deliveryCompile relevant data and draft monthly project status reports to accompany invoicesAssist with developing project guides and provide information and support for project reviews
Essential Knowledge, Skills and Expertise
Complete a daily report accurately detailing employee and equipment hours, completed quantities and other activities onsite as outlined on the standard form.

Required Experience
Drug and Alcohol Testing Programs
All employees must pass Non-DOT pre-employment drug screening and follow all UIC Non-DOT Drug and Alcohol Testing Program guidelines and requirements.
If working on a DOT project, employees must pass a DOT pre-employment drug screening and follow all DOT Drug and Alcohol Testing Program requirements.
