The Survey Interviewer will oversee and manage the Neuropsychological test administration and scoring.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Administer standardized neuropsychological tests to patients in both outpatient and inpatient settings.
Accurately score neuropsychological tests and report scores for clinician review in data summary sheet.
Assists with data entry for clinic databases.
Perform other related duties and participate in special projects as assigned.
