Overview
TECHNICAL SUBJECT MATTER EXPERT(ERDC) :
Bowhead seeks a Technical Subject Matter Expert to support the Engineering Research & Development Center effort headquartered in Vickburg, MS. The Technical SME will provide analysis, requirements development, and data implementation subject matter expertise in Class IV Construction and Equipment Material. Specifically, they will apply their knowledge of plans, procedures, testing, and evaluation of Class IV materials supply chain requirements to implement algorithm improvements, manage modeling risks, automate processes, and optimize algorithmic maintenance efforts.
Responsibilities
- Assess relevant data inputs, including historical demand data, warfighter needs, and other critical elements, to ensure the successful integration of this data into AI capabilities such as Generative AI, Large Language Models, and Causality Models.
- Develop these AI tools that can uncover hidden patterns and insights in Class IV datasets and knowledge bases, and provide process improvements and model optimization. The developed model will create a single, validated source of Class IV requirements that can streamline logistics, reduce risks, and enhance mission readiness.
- Rigorous model testing procedures shall be implemented, and results recorded before deploying any model.
