Are you a seasoned industrial construction professional. Do you have expertise in bolted storage tank and concrete foundation construction? We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Construction Superintendent to lead and oversee the successful execution of our industrial storage tank and foundation projects.
Key Responsibilities :
- Project Leadership : Manage and supervise daily operations on active project sites.
- Safety First : Ensure compliance with safety regulations and uphold company standards.
- Quality Oversight : Direct field staff to meet project timelines and achieve quality expectations.
- Training & Mentorship : Train and mentor new field employees, equipping them with essential skills and knowledge.
- Communication : Provide regular updates to project managers and leadership on project status, addressing challenges proactively.
- Travel : Travel extensively (90%) to various project sites and company locations, nationwide.
Qualifications :
Proven track record as a Superintendent or similar role focused on bolted tank installation or concrete foundation projects.
Understanding of the unique challenges and technical requirements of bolted storage tank and foundation construction.
Excellent communication and team management skills.
Experience coordinating and overseeing multiple projects simultaneously.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively.
