We are seeking an Estimator / Project Manager to join our team. In this key role, you will work closely with the VP of Project Management and Senior Field Coordinator to oversee and industrial construction projects.
You will work from our corporate office in Lake Forest, CA near the 241 toll road.
Key Responsibilities :
- Review project plans and specifications to determine the full scope of work and ensure all requirements are met.
- Provide timely quotations to owners and general contractors
- Conduct thorough contract reviews to identify key terms, conditions, and deliverables.
- Upon award collaborate with the VP of Project Management and Senior Field Coordinator to develop and manage project timelines, ensuring that fabrication, shipping, and installation milestones are met on schedule.
- Order necessary supplies, materials, and equipment in a timely manner to avoid project delays.
- Work with the Field Coordinator to oversee the onboarding process for job sites, ensuring all necessary preparations are in place for smooth operations.
- Work with the accounting department to request purchase orders and milestone invoicing for the project.
- Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the process.
- Manage the closeout process for completed projects, ensuring all documentation is finalized and any outstanding issues are resolved.
- Foster strong working relationships with internal teams, subcontractors, vendors, and clients to ensure project success.
