- Provides direct and indirect patient care.
- Assist the patient care team by performing various tasks and procedures at the instruction of the RN or LPN / LVN.
- Assist with admissions, discharges and transfers of patients
- Assists with deliveries, surgeries, and the care of the newborn.
- Will perform non-nursing duties as delegated (e.g., cleaning, stocking, answering the phone, clerical support, and providing directions).
