What are the responsibilities and job description for the Rehab Services Receptionist position at UINTAH BASIN HEALTHCARE?
The Clinic Receptionist will be responsible for performing the following job duties:
- Answers phones and greets patients
- Checks patients in on a computer system in a friendly, confidential, and timely manner.
Other duties include pulling charts, filing, scheduling appointments, collecting money, and assisting in data entry charges.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Must be a self-starter and be able to work independently, pleasant personality, be highly motivated, and have excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work with physicians professionally.
- Computer experience preferred.
- Being fluent in Spanish is a plus, but not a requirement.
