Key Responsibilities are: Delivering patient-centered care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individual patient care. Work collaboratively with doctors, healthcare professionals, and support staff to deliver comprehensive health services. Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment plans, and hospital policies. Maintain accurate and complete documentation of patient care. Operate and monitor equipment, ensuring proper functionality. Respond promptly to emergencies, initiating appropriate interventions.
