What are the responsibilities and job description for the Multifamily Portfolio Manager position at Uip?
Responsibilities
- Partner with the VP of Property Management and the Asset Management team to implement strategic business plans and budgets for each property in the portfolio.
- Oversee and ensure timely reporting on all assets whether monthly or quarterly.
- Work closely with the Accounting Team, Regional Directors, and the VP of Development to provide monthly and quarterly investor reporting.
- In partnership with Regional Managers, implement and support a high level of governance.
- Partner with the Marketing team to make strategic recommendations, implement, and support strategy.
- Develop Associates and Analysts for improved management efficiencies and/or performance.
- Provide ad hoc analysis for changing operations trends and investor relations priorities.
