  • Identify and drive operational improvements to enhance efficiency, scalability, and alignment across teams.
  • Own and enhance internal communications within the finance leadership team and the broader finance organization, improving frequency, clarity, and effectiveness.
  • Ensure that long-term projects and finance initiatives are executed in an efficient, cost-effective, and diligent manner.
  • Own key deliverables for Audit and Disclosure Committee meetings, ensuring high-quality reporting and alignment with governance requirements.

What You'll Bring To The Team

  • 8 years' experience, with strong accounting background with prior public accounting and private industry experience.
  • Software industry revenue recognition experience is a must.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, strategic thinking, and business acumen.
  • Experience leading change management and operational transformation initiatives is a plus.
  • Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced global environment.
  • Excellent communicator both verbally and written; demonstrates the ability to communicate to broad audiences.

Maybe you don’t tick all the boxes above—but still think you’d be great for the job? Go ahead, apply anyway. Please. Because we know that experience comes in all shapes and sizes—and passion can’t be learned.

Many of our roles allow for flexibility in when and where work gets done. Depending on the needs of the business and the role, the number of hybrid, office-based, and remote workers will vary from team to team. Applications are assessed on a rolling basis and there is no fixed deadline for this requisition. The application window may change depending on the volume of applications received or may close immediately if a qualified candidate is selected.
