Your Mission
This role focuses on driving technical execution in machine learning while influencing strategic direction. You will lead AI innovation efforts for UiPath's automation platform, ensuring our machine learning models (e.g. document extraction, information retrieval, OCR, agentic reasoning) are cutting-edge and aligned with business needs. As a leader, you'll bridge deep technical work with high-level product strategy to deliver AI-driven automation solutions that have significant impact on our customers and the future of intelligent automation.

What you'll do at UiPath
- Oversee the data engine and data labeling processes, providing high-quality datasets for model training and evaluation.
- Drive the development and refinement of core ML models in areas such as document extraction, retrieval, OCR, and agentic reasoning, pushing the boundaries of AI capabilities in our platform.
- Manage end-to-end data pipelines, ensuring robust dataset versioning, annotation quality, and incorporation of active learning methodologies to continuously improve model performance.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, Go-To-Market (GTM) teams, and other stakeholders to align ML innovations with customer needs and business objectives.
- Establish and enforce best practices for ML development, including processes for dataset management, model evaluation, and rapid iteration on model improvements.
- Champion a culture of execution excellence, ensuring that projects move forward efficiently from concept through launch, while maintaining high technical standards.

Pay Transparency
The anticipated base salary range for this position is between $208,725 and $275,138. Base salary ranges may vary by geographic location and relevant experience, education, certifications, and seniority as compared to others doing substantially similar work. There is no guarantee an offer will be at the top of the posted range based on the salary analysis.
