Your Mission
We are currently seeking an experienced Director of Product Management to join our growing team. In this individual contributor leadership role, you will be responsible for driving the vision, strategy, and execution of UiPath Agentic Orchestration product and platform.
What you'll do at UiPath
- Define and drive the product vision and strategy for UiPath's Agentic Orchestration product, working closely with the executive team, customers, and partners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, data science, design, sales, and customer success, to develop and launch innovative experiences for the UiPath Agentic Orchestration product that solve customer problems and deliver business value.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners, gathering feedback and identifying opportunities for product enhancements and new features.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Agentic Orchestration market, including competitive analysis, customer needs, and industry trends, to inform product strategy and decision-making.
- Define and track key performance metrics to measure the success of product initiatives, adjusting the strategy as needed to achieve business goals.
- Manage the product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring that products are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovation, collaboration, and customer-centricity within the product team.

Pay Transparency
The anticipated base salary range for this position is between $217,500 and $326,250. Base salary ranges may vary by geographic location and relevant experience, education, certifications, and seniority as compared to others doing substantially similar work. There is no guarantee an offer will be at the top of the posted range based on the salary analysis.
