The Research and Evaluation Analyst will play a critical role in assessing the effectiveness of our programs and initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
- Design and conduct research and evaluation projects with supervision, including needs assessments, program evaluations, and outcome measurements.
- Develop data collection tools (surveys, interviews, focus groups) and protocols to ensure the validity and reliability of data.
- Conduct literature reviews, identifying relevant literature, reading and summarizing articles, reports and chapters, and synthesizing key findings and relationships in writing.
- Analyze quantitative and qualitative data using statistical software and other analytical tools.
- Prepare clear and concise reports, presentations, and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with program staff to develop evaluation frameworks and performance metrics.
- Provide training and support to staff on data collection and evaluation practices.
- Stay updated on best practices in research and evaluation methodologies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in social sciences, public health, statistics, or a related field.
- Experience in research and evaluation, particularly within a non-profit or social services context.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Careful attention to detail,
- Proficiency in statistical software (e.g., SPSS, R, or Stata) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings to diverse audiences.

Salary Information:
The salary range for this role is $68,000 to $70,000; commensurate with experience and qualifications listed above.
