Must have experience with heart and lung transplants. Level 2 experience required. Level 1 experience preferred. Must have experience with trauma cases. Job Requirements BLS certified. Must submit a Skills checklist. State License 1 Verification - Required within 30 days of start. NURSYS Verification (RN, LPN / LVN, AP) - Required within 30 days of start. Additional Details AHA only. Required for : PACU, ER, First Assist, PCU, PICU, ENDO, Cardiac Tele, CVICU, ICU, MS / Tele, L&D, Tele, IR, Cath Lab, Pre-Op, Oncology, PCU, BMT. Required for ER : TNCC - Trauma Nursing Core Course.
