Call is required with an hour response time. Weekends Required. Experience with complex cases required like Femur and Tibia Nails, Pelvis, and advanced Spine imaging that involves spins. Job Requirements Pending Kentucky license is ok, must obtain before start. Certs required : BLS, ARRT and KBMIRT. Schedule Information Call is required with an hour response time. Weekends Required. Unit Specific Information Experience with complex cases required like Femur and Tibia Nails, Pelvis, and advanced Spine imaging that involves spins. Additional Details ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support required for : PACU, ER, First Assist, PCU, PICU, ENDO, Cardiac Tele, CVICU, ICU, MS / Tele, L&D, Tele, IR, Cath Lab, Pre-Op, Oncology, PCU, BMT. BLS - Basic Life Support required for all roles. PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support required for PEDS, PACU, IR, PICU, Pre–Op, ER, ENDO, Cath Lab. TNCC - Trauma Nursing Core Course required for ER. NIH Stroke Certification required for all ICU units, Endo / GI Lab, ER, PACU, Tele / PCU, Step Down, and MICU.
