Job Summary
The Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine seeks an Administrative Services Assistant Senior to provide executive level administrative/project support to Department Chair and other departmental leadership.
Responsibilities will include maintenance of department service schedules, files and personnel records, management of faculty leadership travel, management of faculty recruitment processes, participation in faculty dossier, credentialing and onboarding processes, management of department level event planning, UK systems training coach and resource.
This position is fully onsite.
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities
Analytical skills, time management, attention to detail, ability to prioritize, organization, communication skills, confidentiality, discretion.
Does this position have supervisory responsibilities? No Preferred Education/Experience
Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration preferred.
