Translate complex business needs into comprehensive and scalable ServiceNow solutions. This involves designing application architecture, crafting data models, mapping out seamless integrations with other systems, and creating user‐friendly interfaces that enhance user experience and drive adoption. Configure and tailor core ServiceNow applications (ITSM, ITBM, CSM, etc.) to align perfectly with unique organizational processes. This involves developing custom workflows to automate tasks, writing scripts in JavaScript or Jelly to add custom logic and functionality, and creating UI components using AngularJS to provide a polished and intuitive user interface. Architect and implement robust integrations between ServiceNow and other critical enterprise systems like ERP, CRM, and HR platforms. This involves leveraging REST/SOAP APIs, web services, or middleware to ensure seamless data flow and synchronization across systems, enhancing overall operational efficiency. Provide expert guidance and mentorship to development teams, ensuring high code quality, adherence to best practices, and efficient troubleshooting of complex technical issues. This involves conducting code reviews, promoting knowledge sharing, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the development team. Proactively monitor system health and performance, identifying potential bottlenecks and implementing optimizations to ensure smooth and responsive operation even under high load. This involves analyzing system logs, finetuning configurations, optimizing scripts and database queries, and implementing caching mechanisms to maintain optimal performance and scalability. Plan, test, and meticulously execute ServiceNow upgrades and patches, minimizing downtime and ensuring a seamless transition to newer versions. This involves thorough impact analysis, comprehensive testing in staging environments, and careful execution to avoid disruptions to ongoing operations. Implement robust security controls, including role‐based access, data encryption, and vulnerability management, to protect sensitive ServiceNow data and ensure compliance with industry regulations such as GDPR and HIPAA. This involves conducting regular security audits, staying updated on best practices, and promptly addressing potential vulnerabilities. Establish and enforce clear ServiceNow governance frameworks, defining standards for development, configuration, and change management. This involves promoting standardized development practices, conducting regular code reviews, and maintaining comprehensive documentation to ensure system maintainability and long‐term success. Build strong relationships with business stakeholders, IT teams, and ServiceNow partners through effective communication and collaboration. This involves gathering and prioritizing requirements, managing expectations, providing regular updates on project progress, and ensuring the successful delivery of solutions that meet or exceed stakeholder expectations. Stay at the forefront of ServiceNow technology by actively learning about new features, releases, and industry trends. This involves attending training sessions, participating in webinars, reading relevant blogs and articles, and experimenting with new capabilities to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement within the ServiceNow platform. MINIUM REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business Administration, or related field and 7 years of experience. Must have work experience in each of the following: 1) ServiceNow Platform architecture, configuration, customization, and administration; 2) ServiceNow Module implementation, including experience with HRSD (case management and lifecycle events) and ITSM (incident, problem, change, knowledge); 3) designing, deploying, and managing ITAM/ITSAM solutions, including hardware and software asset lifecycle management, license management, entitlements, and compliance; 4) CMDB experience, including design, population, and maintenance for accurate IT asset tracking; 5) developing and customizing ServiceNow portals using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS; and 6) workflow design and scripting with JavaScript and Jelly. 100% telecommuting allowed from anywhere in the United States.
Salary Range: $126,755 - $175,800/year.
