We're looking for a talented SAR Laboratory Technician – PM Shift to join our team! This is a fully onsite role at our state-of-the-art facility in Fremont, CA. Responsibilities
Total Rewards: We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career . The estimated salary range for this position is $55,000 to $65,000 and is based on multiple factors, including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, as well as other factors. This position is eligible for annual bonus compensation with a target payout of 5% of the base salary. This position also provides health benefits such as medical, dental and vision; wellness benefits such as mental and financial health; and retirement savings (401K) commensurate with the standard rewards offered in each individual location or country. We also provide full-time employees with paid time off including vacation (15 days), holiday including floating holidays (12 days) and sick time off (72 hours).

Responsibilities
- Set up and operate test equipment for client projects, ensuring accurate performance.
- Assemble and adapt test setups based on blueprints, schematics, wiring diagrams, and operational instructions.
- Follow defined test plans and datasheets to conduct evaluations.
- Analyze test performance and sample operation to assess results effectively.
- Document and communicate test results to peers and lead engineers.
- Modify test setups and equipment based on engineering instructions and data sheets.
- Examine customer samples and learn to conduct appropriate tests with supervision.
- Collaborate with clients during setup and testing to ensure accurate evaluations.
- Operate specialized laboratory equipment and designated machinery.
- Perform routine maintenance and basic calibration of test equipment.
- Develop an understanding of test standards and technologies within the scope of responsibility.
- Suggest improvements for equipment design and test methodologies.
- Report test data to engineers and management, providing insights when required.
- Work independently within defined responsibilities, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, offering suggestions for process and equipment enhancements.
- Education & Experience: High school diploma or GED required; an associate degree in a related field is a plus. At least three years of experience in laboratory testing, quality control, or a related technical role preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) is required. Experience with test automation and data analysis tools is a plus.
- Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to think critically, troubleshoot issues, and propose innovative solutions to improve testing processes.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, engineers, and team members.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with evolving priorities.
- Collaboration: A team player with a proactive mindset, capable of working independently while contributing to group projects.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to follow technical instructions precisely, ensuring accuracy and reliability in test results.
