We are currently seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative who will manage established accounts and prospect leads to increase our customer base. They will participate in a product orientation program to quickly gain expertise with Ulbrich's products, customers and precision manufacturing processes.
Responsibilities:
- Manage an inside sales territory;
- Build strong customer relationships;
- Assist with forecasting and inventory management;
- Make outbound sales calls for the purpose of prospecting, expanding the customer base, and marketing of additional products or services to existing customers;
- Respond to inbound sales calls/customer telephone inquiries concerning all company products, processing services, pricing and delivery options;
- Provide verbal and written quotations, negotiate order level pricing and order level freight terms, and determine inventory availability;
- Document customer orders in an accurate and timely manner, maintain account files, prepare reports and correspond as required.
