What are the responsibilities and job description for the Inside Sales Representative position at Ulbrich Stainless Steels & Special Metals, Inc.?
We are currently seeking an Inside Sales Representative who is a resultsoriented professional with excellent communication customer service and interpersonal skills. Our Inside Sales Representatives manage established accounts and prospect leads to increase our customer base. They will participate in a product orientation program to quickly gain expertise with Ulbrichs products customers and precision manufacturing processes.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE :
- Managing an inside sales territory;
- Building strong customer relationships;
- Assisting with forecasting and inventory management;
- Making outbound sales calls for the purpose of prospecting expanding the customer base and for marketing of additional products / product applications or services to existing customers;
- Responding to inbound sales calls / customer telephone inquiries concerning all company products processing services pricing and delivery options;
- Providing verbal and written quotations negotiating order level pricing and order level freight terms and determining inventory availability; and
- Documenting customer orders in an accurate and timely manner maintaining account files preparing reports and corresponding as required.
