We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative who is a results-oriented professional with excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills. This individual will manage established accounts and prospect leads to increase our customer base. They will participate in a product orientation program to quickly gain expertise with Ulbrich's products, customers, and precision manufacturing processes.
Responsibilities:
- Managing an inside sales territory;
- Building strong customer relationships;
- Making outbound sales calls for the purpose of prospecting, expanding the customer base, and for marketing of additional products/product applications or services to existing customers;
- Responding to inbound sales calls/customer telephone inquiries concerning all company products, processing services, pricing, and delivery options;
- Providing verbal and written quotations, negotiating order level pricing and order level freight terms, and determining inventory availability; and
- Documenting customer orders in an accurate and timely manner, maintaining account files, preparing reports, and corresponding as required.
