Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions for our clients. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to customize Salesforce to meet specific business requirements, improve workflows, and deliver scalable, high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions, including custom objects, workflows, triggers, and APIs.
  • Create and maintain Salesforce applications by leveraging Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other platform tools.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
  • Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems and platforms, ensuring seamless data flow and system performance.
  • Provide support and troubleshooting for existing Salesforce implementations, resolving technical issues promptly.
  • Implement best practices for Salesforce development, including data management, security, and system optimization.
  • Stay updated on Salesforce updates, releases, and new features to leverage platform improvements for business needs.
  • Document system configurations, processes, and development standards to maintain a consistent knowledge base.

Qualifications

Required :

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 2 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce platform development tools, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  • Experience with Salesforce administration tasks (e.g., user management, security settings, and data import / export).
  • Familiarity with Salesforce integrations using REST / SOAP APIs, middleware, and third-party tools.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, including declarative and programmatic solutions.
  • Knowledge of version control tools like Git.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills in English (B2 or higher).

    • Preferred :

  • Salesforce Developer or Platform App Builder certification(s).
  • Experience working with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or other Salesforce products.
  • Knowledge of DevOps processes for Salesforce deployments, including CI / CD pipelines.
  • Familiarity with working in Agile development environments.
  • Prior experience in nearshore software development teams.
