Main Responsibilities:
1.Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients.
2.Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
3.Understand the business needs and objectives of key clients and work closely with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of products/services.
4.Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products/services to key clients.
5.Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing key accounts.
6.Monitor market trends and competitors' activities to identify potential risks and opportunities.
7.Prepare regular reports and updates on key account performance and activities.
Profile:
1.Extensive experience in sales of home appliances or electronics products in the US.
2.Background in retail sales, or experience in a similar industry.
3.In-depth knowledge and understanding of the local retail market.
4.Proven ability to build and sustain long-term relationships with major retail clients, such as Bust Buy, Costco, Ulta Beauty, etc.
5.Excellent communication and presentation skills.
