• Foster strong partnerships with business teams to align IT solutions with company goals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree.
• 10 years in application development with proven experience managing high-performing development teams.
• Experience with custom application software development and packaged software implementations.
• Knowledgeable in Waterfall and Agile Scrum development processes.
