Ulla Johnson is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join our Logistics team. This role will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing domestic and international logistics and distribution. The Logistics Coordinator will work closely with internal teams, including Sales and Finance, as well as our 3PL warehouse, to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Key responsibilities include order entry in our ERP system, managing logistics for domestic and international shipments, and providing customer service support. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, analytical, and capable of managing multiple priorities while supporting cross-functional teams and handling data entry tasks. Strong customer service skills are essential
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Shipping & Order Maintenance
- Main point of contact for internal and external sales teams
- Monitor order progress with 3PL warehouse, approve orders for shipping
- Allocate orders, generate pick tickets and submit to warehouse for processing
- Follow up with sales teams regarding discrepancies, missing information, dropped styles
- Assist Senior Logistics Manager and Logistics Manager with other projects as needed
Customer Service
- Generate and track return authorizations and credit memos
- Provide customer support to wholesale accounts, respond to requests for shipping status, tracking, etc.
- Create customer profiles for new accounts
- Work with Sales reps to get orders approved in Joor and exported to RLM
Skills and Requirements:
- Must be able to communicate clearly and work well with multiple departments
- Able to prioritize responsibilities around deadlines
- Contribute to positive and productive team culture
- Prior experience with ERP software preferred. RLM experience is a plus.
Salary Range: $60,000- $80,000 Benefits
