Ulliman Schutte is looking for an Assistant Superintendent in the Wilkesboro, North Carolina, area with ample experience leading large crews, adept in solving everyday job site problems.
Assistant Superintendent Daily Life
- Responsible for planning, oversight and safe execution of day-to-day project operations.
- Oversee Foremen and lead crews.
- Manage Subcontractors
- Provide training and development of Foremen and Field Engineers
- Coordinate project schedule and project details with Project Management Staff
Assistant Superintendent Must Haves
- Significant experience in the construction field, specifically leading crews and meeting schedule deadlines.
- Comprehensive knowledge of construction means and methods.
- Ability to read, interpret, and apply, drawings and specifications
- Excellent safety record and a “work-safe” attitude.
- At least five years’ experience in self-perform Water Infrastructure Construction.
