Your Role:
As a Sales Design Consultant, you’ll be the trusted guide for customers as they embark on the journey to create their perfect outdoor solution. From initial contact to purchase, you’ll combine your design expertise with a structured sales process to craft solutions that align with customer needs, preferences, and budgets. You’ll also generate leads through social media and community engagement, ensuring a steady flow of potential customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Consultation & Design: Build rapport with customers, use discovery questions to uncover needs, and create customized design solutions.
- Lead Management: Manage leads from walk-ins, online inquiries, and CRM follow-ups to maintain a strong pipeline.
- Organic Lead Generation: Utilize platforms like Facebook Marketplace and local community groups to generate interest and drive store visits.
- Sales Process Execution: Follow a structured sales process to understand customer motivations, address objections, and close deals.
- Customer Engagement: Convert all in-store visitors into CRM leads while capturing essential customer information.
- Closing Sales: Strive to achieve a 50% closing rate, effectively communicating value and creating a sense of urgency.
- Store Presentation: Maintain merchandising standards and assist with marketing efforts to enhance store visibility.
- Post-Sale Follow-Up: Ensure customer satisfaction, encourage online reviews, and request referrals to foster long-term relationships.
What We Offer:
- Base Salary: $40,000 - $48,000 (commensurate with experience).
- On-Target Earnings: $80,000 - $100,000 with performance-based bonuses.

Your Schedule:
- Location: Mechanicsville Store (on-site role).
- Hours: Monday to Friday (9:30 AM – 6:00 PM) and Saturdays (8:00 AM – 4:00 PM). Enjoy one weekday off, and our store is closed on Sundays.
