Business Development drives financial performance through profitable revenue growth, goal attainment and exceptional customer service. All employees have a role in Business Development and are responsible to identify potential opportunities to cross sell all Bank products and / or services to both new and existing clients. Employees will continually prospect, both within and outside of the Bank, to create new lead streams for any and all of the Bank's business lines.
Position Summary
The Branch Supervisor shall directly assist the Branch Manager in any and all duties assigned. He / she shall perform all of his / her duties in their absence.
Position Hours
Monday through Thursday - 8 : 15am to 5 : 15pm
Friday - 8 : 15am to 5 : 15pm; 9 : 15am to 6 : 15pm
Saturday - 8 : 45am to 2 : 15pm (2 - 4 per month)
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Supervision of branch personnel (Savings and Safe Deposit Box area).
- Maintains branch operations and complies with all branch operational procedures with consistency.
- Effectively motivates employees to attain organizational goals, while maximizing the value of recognition and rewards.
- Effectively schedules personnel for peak periods, optimizing productivity.
- Provide training and assistance to tellers in daily operations.
- Evaluate Branch personnel.
- Assist in overseeing the new accounts area.
- Responsible for maintaining excellent customer relations.
- Responsible for branch security.
- Ability to travel.
- Marketing :
Assist in working closely with the Marketing Department with regard to sales objectives in the branch.
Qualifications
Count currency and coin accurately.
Shovel sidewalk and spread salt in bad weather.
