Experience Manager

Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Experience Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in enhancing customer engagement and satisfaction within our retail environment. The Experience Manager will oversee daily operations, lead a team, and ensure that our customers receive exceptional service. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a background in retail sales, and a passion for training and development.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the store to ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers.
• Lead, train, and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance in customer service and sales.
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve sales goals while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.
• Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, communication, and professional growth.
• Oversee pricing strategies to ensure competitive positioning in the market while maximizing profitability.
• Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively and ensure all operational needs are met promptly.
• Act as a liaison between management and staff, providing feedback on team performance and customer experiences.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while promoting a culture of excellence.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail sales or grocery store management is preferred.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
• Strong training development capabilities to enhance team performance.
• Bilingual candidates are highly desirable to better serve our diverse customer base.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• A background as an Assistant Manager or similar role is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of pricing strategies and their impact on sales performance.

Pay: $33.00 - $40.00 per hour
