Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals related to retail and service sales, omni-channel, guest loyalty, and retail shrink.
- Ensure each guest receives exceptional service by greeting and engaging them, personalizing service to their needs, and recommending Ulta Beauty products and services.
- Courteously handle sales, refunds, and exchanges, while taking ownership of replenishing, organizing, and maintaining cashwrap displays, supplies, and impulse fixtures.
