THE IMPACT YOU CAN HAVE:

As a member of the Marketing Financial Planning and Analysis team, the Financial Analyst II will partner with various business units in support of the Marketing planning and forecast process as well as reporting, analytics and other ad hoc business requests.

YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH THESE GOALS BY:

• Being a Finance partner to Marketing, Merchandising, and Accounting
• Leading budget and forecast process for marketing expenses collaborating with various Marketing and Merchandising partners including Directors and VPs
• Managing forecasting, reporting tools and analytics on brand funding for Visual Marketing executions. Developing and communicating recommendations to drive funding rate improvements and expense reductions
• Driving analytics and communication to internal stakeholders and business leaders to identify trends and forecast variance drivers as well as relevant risks, opportunities and recommendations
• Supporting visual marketing invoicing process with particular focus on identifying and implementing process improvements and automation
• Preparing daily, weekly, period and quarterly reporting and executive presentations that summarize financial results
• Quering existing systems to extract data and develop reports
• Performing ad-hoc analysis and reporting as required

 

THE ESSENTIALS FOR SUCCESS:

• Undergraduate degree (Accounting/Finance/Computer Science/Statistics/Math), 2-4 yrs. relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
• Expert Excel and Powerpoint experience required, SAP and Tableau experience is a plus
• High proficiency and ability to compile data, develop canned reports and create and analyze spreadsheets
• Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task
• Experience in creating new processes and implementing them across cross-functional partners
• Maintains a high level of accuracy
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Self-starter and intellectually curious
• Prior budgeting and forecasting experience preferred.

The pay range for this position is $64,900.00 - $85,000.00 / Year with the opportunity for eligible associates to earn additional compensation pursuant to the Company’s bonus plan. Exact pay will be based on factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, level, shift, geographic location, and business and organizational needs. Full-time positions are eligible for paid time off, health, dental, vision, life and disability benefits. Part-time positions are eligible for dental, vision, life, and disability benefits.
