THE IMPACT YOU CAN HAVE 

 

The Loyalty Strategic Partnerships Manager role is responsible for managing strategic enterprise partners and member experiences for the Ulta Beauty Rewards program.

 

This position will create and execute loyalty strategies, to drive partnership objectives and program growth, and requires a combination of loyalty, partnership and marketing experience.

 

YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH THESE GOALS BY:

  • Maintain strategic enterprise partnerships for the Ulta Beauty Rewards program, serving as the primary business contact for partnerships, including Ulta Beauty at Target, marketplaces like Door Dash and Instacart, and international expansion
  • Create and execute loyalty strategies to drive partnership objectives, performance and priorities, and ensure positive member experiences with partners
  • Monitor and report on partnership loyalty and promotion performance, recommending changes and action when necessary to drive goals, including collaborative development of loyalty experience and promotions
  • Partner internally and externally to influence loyalty program marketing and communications, to support partnership objectives and a positive member experience
  • Partner with internal and external operations and field leaders to ensure partner training content drives loyalty goals
  • Leverage partnerships and cross-channel marketing strategies to drive program growth through member acquisition, engagement and bounce-back
  • Assess and provide loyalty business requirements for new partnership opportunities
  • Liaise with operations, analytics, finance, marketing and merchandising to monitor and action guest feedback, while leveraging competitive insights and industry trends to consistently advocate for the guest experience

THE ESSENTIALS FOR SUCCESS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years related work experience
  • Working knowledge of loyalty industry including best practices, competitive landscape, emerging trends and strategic partnerships
  • Highly collaborative, with proven ability to build strong relationships and influence internal and external partners to drive successful outcomes
  • Strong communication skills, with ability to share ideas and information across diverse audiences to drive business decisions
  • Project management skills and experience coordinating multi-functional marketing initiatives, with ability to prioritize, overcome obstacles and apply good judgement in ambiguous situations
  • Passion for improving the guest experience
  • Ability to travel, including overnight stays, as required

The pay range for this position is $76,100.00 - $100,700.00 / Year with the opportunity for eligible associates to earn additional compensation pursuant to the Company’s bonus plan. Exact pay will be based on factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, level, shift, geographic location, and business and organizational needs. Full-time positions are eligible for paid time off, health, dental, vision, life and disability benefits. Part-time positions are eligible for dental, vision, life, and disability benefits.
