Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional guest service by engaging each guest to determine their individual needs
- Conduct cashier tasks, keep fixtures stocked with merchandise, and maintain overall store cleanliness
- Support the leadership team through a focus on performance, people, and process
- Learn and communicate product knowledge
Performance Goals:
- Meet or exceed the store's goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, omni-channel sales, and retail shrink
- Ensure that each guest receives exceptional service by providing a guest-friendly environment
- Courteously handle customer service, sales, refunds, and exchanges
- Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations
Requirements:
- 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred
- Work a flexible schedule to include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Continuous mobility throughout the store during shift
- Frequent standing, bending, pulling, pushing, reaching, and twisting during shift
