Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences by maintaining a clean and organized store environment, ensuring merchandise is stocked, and completing tasks assigned by the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager.
- Meet compliance and execution goals related to task dashboard and ensure timely completion of all operational processes, including shipment and replenishment, merchandise sets, and inventory counts and procedures.
- Stay up-to-date with ongoing training, including brand and category education, to drive sales performance and continuous professional development.
Requirements
- 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
- Able to work a flexible schedule, including early morning shifts, days, evenings, weekends, overnights, and holidays.
- Continuous mobility throughout the store during shift; frequent standing, bending, pulling, pushing, reaching, and twisting during shift.
