THE IMPACT YOU CAN HAVE
The Sr. HRIS Analyst is a critical part of the People Success, HRIS team. The primary focus of this position is to serve as a subject matter expert for the SAP Success Factors product, including the Employee Central, Performance, and Compensation modules. This role will report into the Director, People Systems, Data and Analytics and partner and support all functions of People Success, as well as other Enterprise partners. This individual will also serve as a technical point-of-contact and subject matter expert as it relates to SuccessFactors system maintenance, system administration and support. The Senior HRIS Analyst will partner with their HRIS Team and stakeholders to:
YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH THESE GOALS BY:
- Assist with system analysis, design, configuration, testing, implementation and administration of HR applications
- Enforce data integrity with regular audits and data transaction best practices
- Lead the end-to-end testing experience for SuccessFactors modules as assigned (including user acceptance testing)
- Support the day-to-day operations by triaging and working on service tickets and supporting processes for Employee Central, Performance Management, Goal Management, Compensation Management, and Succession Management
- Stay on top of industry and system best practices and trends to continually enhance and gain efficiencies within the Success Factors system
ADDITIONAL CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate with vendor partners to configure and customize software, evaluate and test new functionality and interfaces, solve technical problems and manage priorities
- Partner with People Success to ensure processes and systems meet business needs and communicate system features / functionality and best practices
- Plan, lead and facilitate the UAT process to appropriate stakeholder community for new or existing system functionality
- Serve as a consultant for key clients and executives to facilitate the decision-making process (including assessment of cost, resources and schedule impacts)
- Document functional requirements, Standard Operating Procedures, System Administration Guide and ‘how-to’ instructions for point solution(s) as assigned
- Proactively explore and identify new system features or functionality and vets with clients and executive teams as needed (including the validation and enablement of new releases)
THE ESSENTIALS FOR SUCCESS
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher
- 5-7 years of HRIS experience
- Technical competence and on the job experience in supporting one or more SAP SF modules such as Goal, Performance, Compensation and Employee Central preferred
- Strong oral and written communication skills, including the ability to convey technical information to non-technical users
- Project management, problem-solving and critical analysis skills
- Knowledge of extended Microsoft Office Suite required, with at least intermediate Excel experience
- Robust familiarity with the HR Talent Life Cycle including strong experience with various HR Systems and business processes
The pay range for this position is $86,500.00 - $110,000.00 / Year with the opportunity for eligible associates to earn additional compensation pursuant to the Company’s bonus plan. Exact pay will be based on factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, level, shift, geographic location, and business and organizational needs.
