We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate sales associate to join our team as a Beauty Advisor at Ulta Beauty.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by making eye contact, smiling, and promptly acknowledging and greeting each guest entering the store.
- Determine each guest's needs and answer questions concerning products and services.
- Partner with management to ensure the guest's needs are met.
- Recommend additional and complementary products and/or services that meet the guest's needs.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and trends to provide expert advice to guests.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including merchandise displays and fixtures.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and objectives.
- Perform opening and closing duties, as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Knowledge of beauty products and services is a plus.
- Able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
- Able to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
