Position : Graphic Designer
Location : Fort Worth, TX
Job Description : The Graphic Designer assists with the creation of Company’s full brand, sub-brand, and product graphic strategies in a fast-paced environment. Designed to strengthen the Company’s market position, public perception, and build lasting brand equity with customers.
Preferably, the ideal candidate will be motivated to build excitement both internally and externally and eager to contribute to team and organization goals. They will also complement the knowledge, skills, and abilities of the other team members while bringing creative ideas to the forefront. Cultural fit with both Ulterra and the Marketing Team is a must. Some travel may be required.
Responsibilities :
- Conceives, designs, & implements images, layouts, illustrations, lettering, and graphics to enhance product branding (brand logos, brochures, flyers, presentations, templates, & advertisements), social media, e-mails, exhibits, signage, educational materials, product packaging, promotional items (clothing and apparel, hand-outs, office supplies) or business publications, working with electronic and print media.
- Communicates ideas and concepts visually through artistic measures, creative messaging, and computer technology, specializing in multiple fields.
- Collaborates with internal stakeholders to keep deliverables in alignment with sales objectives.
- Manages product portfolio lifecycles, from initial product launch to distribution of materials.
- Develops video, sound, and animation content, utilizing expertise with software graphics.
- Supports product or service development through collaboration with leaders in Sales, Marketing, and / or other departments to develop and determine launch strategies for new products or services and program rollouts.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
