Responsible for organization, supervision and administration of the total resident care program, including coordination of social, medical, psychological, spiritual and physical services for residents.

Qualifications for an Assisted Living Administrator:
- Active Personal Care Home Administrator license
- Demonstrated knowledge of state regulations
- Ability to instruct, direct and lead staff
- Strong computer skills
Responsibilities
- Responsible for developing and implementing resident care policies/procedures and standards of practice.
- Responsible for overall staffing and supervision of department.
- Perform daily rounds to assure quality service.
- Conduct regular staff meetings with all shifts.
- Responsible for ensuring personal care needs of residents are met.
- Responsible for comprehensive resident assessment and plan of care.
- Knowledge of resident admission process and related regulations.
