Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Monitor and record clients' health status, reporting any changes to family members or healthcare professionals.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive environment.
• Assist with mobility needs.
• Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients by performing light housekeeping tasks.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to implement care plans tailored to individual client needs.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and health regulations while providing care.

Qualifications

• Help execute comprehensive personalized weekly schedules and care plans
• Complete Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) in a safe and professional manner
• Supply personal companionship, remaining actively engaged with each client by providing ongoing social & emotional support
• Assist with personal care activities to include personal hygiene, mobility assistance, incontinence care, light housekeeping, feeding and meal preparation
• Provide transportation to and from appointments as needed
• Administrative functions such as documentation of completion of tasks and report changes in the client’s physical condition, mental capability, or behavior

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
