Now Hiring: Associate Dentist (New Grads Encouraged!)
Our modern dental practice is looking for a passionate Associate Dentist to join our team. We provide mentorship and coaching to support your growth, while our office is equipped with the latest in dental technology, such as digital x-rays, CBCT Panorex, and digital scanners.
Core Responsibilities:
- Complete dental assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning
- Deliver comprehensive dental services to patients
- Communicate with patients about oral hygiene and health
- Collaborate with our dental team to ensure exceptional patient care
- Keep detailed patient records up to date
Qualifications:
- DDS or DMD from an accredited school
- Active Virginia dental license and DEA
- Familiarity with Eaglesoft is a plus, but not required
- Strong communication skills for building patient rapport
